The Letters האותיות
Counted from the consonantal text of the Westminster Leningrad Codex — the same letters every search on this site counts. Manuscript traditions differ slightly in plene and defective spellings, so counts quoted from other editions may differ by a small number of letters.

The five final forms keep their letter’s value in the standard count; in Gadol they run on from Tav, 500 to 900.
Each cell’s chart runs across the books of the Tanakh, the Twelve standing apart — thirty-five in canonical order, and the bars are raw occurrence counts — so a long book has taller bars than a short one.
The Twelve is one of the twenty-four books, and every total on this site still counts it as one. On this axis its twelve prophets stand as their own columns, because Hosea is eight times the length of Obadiah and one column for both hides what each of them does.
Compare letters
Tick 2 to 6 letters and they are drawn on one chart across the books of the Tanakh, the Twelve standing apart — thirty-five in canonical order. Beyond 6 the legend becomes the chart, so that is where it stops.
