Segment 1א׳

תְּרֵין מַרְגְּלָן אִינּוּן, וחַד סִיכָתָא בַּהֲדַיְיהוּ, בְּגַוַּויְיהוּ, דְּקָאִים בֵּין הַאי וּבֵין הַאי. מַרְגְּלָא עִלָּאָה לֵית בֵּיהּ גּוָֹון, לֵית בֵּהּ חֵיזוּ בְּאִתְגַּלְּיָיא.

There are two pearls, and one pin with them, in between them, which stands between the one and the other. The upper pearl — there is no colour in it, there is no appearance in it that is revealed.

Segment 2ב׳

הַאי מַרְגְּלָא, כַּד שָׁאֲרִי לְאִתְגַּלְיָיא, נַהֲרִין, ז' אַתְוָון גְּלִיפִין, בַּלְטִין וְנֹצְּצִּין וּבְקָעִין בְּקִיעִין וקַסְטִירִין, ונַהֲרִין כָּל חַד וְחָד. וְאִינּוּן ז' אַתְוָון, אִינּוּן תְּרֵין שְׁמָהָן מְחֻקָּקִין בְּהַהוּא מַרְגְּלָא. וּבְיוֹמָא דְּשַׁבָּת, נָצְּצִּין וְנָהֲרִין, וּפַתְחִין פִּתְחִין, וְנַפְקֵי וְשַׁלְטֵי. וְאִינּוּן אהי"ה יה"ו, מִתְנָצְּצֵּי אַתְוָון, וּבִנְצִּיצּוּ דִּלְהוֹן, עָאלִין דָּא בְּדָא, וְנַהֲרִין דָּא בְּדָא.

This pearl, when it begins to be revealed, seven engraved letters shine: they stand out and flash, and cleave clefts and knots, and each one of them shines. And those seven letters are two Names incised in that pearl. And on the Sabbath day they flash and shine, and open openings, and issue forth and hold sway. And they are Aleph-He-Yod-He, Yod-He-Vau — letters flashing; and in their flashing they enter one into the other and shine one into the other.

Segment 3ג׳

וְכַד עָאלִין דָּא בְּדָא, נָהֲרִין דָּא מִגּוֹ דָּא, בִּתְרֵין גַּוונִין. חַד גּוָֹון חִוָּור, וְחַד גּוָֹון סוּמָק. וּמֵאִינּוּן תְּרֵין גַּוונִין, אִתְעֲבִידוּ תְּרֵין שְׁמָהָן אַחֲרָנִין, עַד דְּסַלְּקִין אַתְוון לְשֶׁבַע שְׁמָהָן.

And when they enter one into the other, they shine one from within the other, in two colours: one colour white and one colour red. And from those two colours two other Names are made, until the letters mount up to seven Names.

Segment 4ד׳

א' נָפִיק וְנָצִּיץ, ועָאל בְּאָת ו', ונָהֲרִין תַּרְוַויְיהוּ, בִּתְרֵין גַּוְונִין, ואִינּוּן תְּרֵין שְׁמָהָן, חַד אִקְרֵי ידו"ד, וְחַד אִקְרֵי אֵ"ל, וְנַהֲרִין כַּחֲדָא. ה' נָפִיק ונָצִּיץ, וְעָאל בְּאָת ה' וְנָהֲרִין תַּרְוַויְיהוּ, בִּתְרֵין גַּוְונִין, וְאִינּוּן תְּרֵין שְׁמָהָן, חַד אִקְרֵי יֶדוִֹד רָזָא דֶּאֱלֹהִים. וְחַד אִקְרֵי אֱלהִים. וְנָהֲרִין כַּחֲדָא. י' עָאל בְּי', וְנַהֲרִין וּנְצִּיצִּין כַּחֲדָא, וְעָאלוּ דָּא בְּדָא, וְנַהֲרִין תַּרְוַויְיהוּ, גְּלִיפִין מְחֻקְּקָן כַּחֲדָא, וְאִינּוּן זַקְפָן רֵישָׁא, נְהִירִין מְנַצְּצִּין עַנְפִּין סַלְּקִין מֵהַאי סִטְרָא, וּמֵהַאי סִטְרָא, ואִינּוּן חַד סָרֵי עַנְפִּין.

Aleph issues and flashes and enters into the letter Vau, and the two of them shine in two colours; and they are two Names, one called the Tetragrammaton and one called El, and they shine as one. He’ issues and flashes and enters into the letter He’, and the two of them shine in two colours; and they are two Names, one called the Tetragrammaton in the mystery of Elohim, and one called Elohim, and they shine as one. Yod enters into Yod, and they shine and flash as one, and they entered one into the other, and the two of them shine, engraved and incised as one. And they raise the head, shining and flashing, branches mounting up from this side and from that side, and they are eleven branches.

Segment 5ה׳

וְאִלֵּין תְּרֵין אַתְוָון דְּנַהֲרָן, מִתְחַבְּקָן דָּא בְּדָא, אִינּוּן יְדוֹ"ד יְדוֹ"ד מצּפץ מצּפץ, בְּרָזָא דִּתְלֵיסָר מְכִילָן דְּרַחֲמֵי. וְאִלֵּין תְּרֵין אַתְוון, כַּד עָאלִין דָּא בְּדָא, וְכַד מִתְחַבְּקָן דָּא בְּדָא, (וכד מתדבקן דא בדא) זַקְפִין רֵישָׁא, ונָהֲרָן וּמְנַצְּצָּן עַל כֹּלָּא, בְּאִינּוּן חַד סָרֵי עַנְפִּין, דְּנָפְקִין בְּכָל סְטָר.

And these two letters which shine, embracing one another, are the Tetragrammaton, the Tetragrammaton, Mazpaz Mazpaz, in the mystery of the thirteen attributes of mercy. And these two letters, when they enter one into the other and when they embrace one another, raise the head and shine and flash over all, in those eleven branches which issue on every side.
