Questions
- Do I have to pay to make an account?
- No. The free account is the first option in the plans above — your email address and nothing else, no card, no details, no charge. On its own it does not open the libraries, the audio or the desk; Premium Membership is what does, and it attaches to that same account whenever you choose one.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from Manage billing on your account page — it opens Stripe's own page, where you can also see every invoice and change your card. You keep Premium Membership until the period you have paid for runs out, and nothing is taken back for the part of it you have already used.
- Do I need a password?
- No. You can sign in with your email address alone: we send a link, you open it, you are in — and that is still how an account is made. If you would rather have a password, set one under your account once you are signed in, and use it from then on. Both work, and the link never stops working.
