And they are eight: chochmah, binah, gedulah (greatness), gevurah, tiferet, malchut, netzach, hod, the Righteous One — a crown upon his head, for he has no mate. And what is his crown? The supernal keter. And on its account the sages of the Mishnah have explained: The world to come has no eating and no drinking, but the righteous sit with their crowns on their heads. And this is what has been explained: The Sabbath said before the Holy One, blessed be He: To all the days You have given a mate, and to me You have not given a mate. (End of Ra'aya Meheimna) (Ra'aya Meheimna, folio 213a.)
