Section 70 of 129 in Pinchas — 2 segments
Segment 1
Ra'aya Meheimna. And in the first composition, the Faithful Shepherd opened and said: And behold it is written, “and our lips praise as the expanses of the firmament.” And there are seven firmaments: Vilon, Rakia, Shehakim, Zebul, Maon, Machon, Araboth. Shehakim — in them are the millstones which grind manna for the righteous in the time to come. And they are called Shehakim after “And you shall beat (shahakta) some of it very small” (Ex. 30, 36); and they are netzach and hod, of which it is said, “And let the skies (shehakim) pour down righteousness” (Isa. 45, 8) — which is the lower Shekinah.
Segment 2
Vilon, in which He brings in the evening and brings out the morning. Rakia is yesod, in which the sun and the moon shine, which are the Central Column and the lower Shekinah; this is what is written, “And God set them in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth” (Gen. 1, 17). And the Righteous One is a sign, between netzach and hod; and a testimony, between tiferet and malchut.
