Section 48 of 129 in Pinchas — 9 segments
Segment 1
When the speech rises upon the wings of the lung, it becomes voice. At that time, “for a bird of the air shall carry the voice” (Eccl. 10, 20). “The voice of the Lord is upon the waters” (Ps. 29, 3) — from the side of the water, which is the brain, from where it rises on the wings of the lung. “The voice of the Lord hews out flames of fire” — from the side of the heart. When it goes out of the mouth, it is called speech.
Segment 2

And corresponding to the two wings of the lung, which open their wings to receive it — this is what is written, “and their faces and their wings were separate above” (Ezek. 1, 11) — so the lips take up the speech and make it fly upward.
