The Zohar · Pinchas
Zohar, Pinchas 125
Section 125 of 129 in Pinchas — 2 segments
Segment 1
And further: “Hear, O Israel” (Deut. 6): shem, with a large Ayin; the Daleth of echad large — that is, ed, between the Shin-Mem of shema and the Aleph-Heth of echad. “The Lord is witness against you” (I Sam. 12, 5) — and against each and every one who unifies Him in the world. And therefore David said, “as for me, I will rejoice in the Lord” (Ps. 104, 34-35). (See above, folio 236b.) Shin-Mem of shema, Aleph-Heth of echad: behold, esmach.
Segment 2
And further: the large Daleth — the four compartments of the phylacteries, which Aleph-Heth lays on and is crowned with; and they are a headtire upon his head. And they are Yod-He-Vau-He (a variant reads: Yod-He-He-Vau): Yod, a crown upon He, which is the daughter; and this is “The Lord by wisdom founded the earth” (Prov. 3, 19) — Father founded the daughter. He, the supernal Mother, a crown upon Vau, which is the son; and this is “by understanding He established the heavens” (Prov. 3, 19) — by the Mother He established the son. And this is: The world to come has no eating and no drinking, but the righteous sit with their crowns on their heads.
