Section 119 of 129 in Pinchas — 4 segments

Segment 1

The Holy Lamp said: Rise, Faithful Shepherd, from your sleep! For you and the patriarchs are called “those who sleep in the dust”; for until now you have been occupied in the Torah among those who sleep in the Mishnah, of whom it is said, “On the ground you shall sleep.” “Also on the day of the first-fruits, when you bring a new meal-offering to the Lord”: you are (a variant adds: the sons of) the first-fruits of the Shekinah, and by your deeds she is renewed in the prayers of the patriarchs every day. For the sages of the Mishnah have explained: The prayers — they instituted them corresponding to the patriarchs. And in the reciting of the Shema, in which the Faithful Shepherd said, “Hear, O Israel” — and they explained: Whoever recites the Shema every day, it is as though he fulfils “and you shall meditate on it day and night” (Josh. 1, 8).

Segment 2

Surely in your prayers, in your reciting of the Shema, the Shekinah is renewed before the Holy One, blessed be He. And therefore, “And you shall present a new meal-offering to the Lord” — in the prayers, which are in place of the offerings. In which offerings of the prayers is she renewed? “In your weeks”: that is, the Feast of Weeks, on which was the giving of the Torah, and it is called fifty days of the omer. And in it are seven weeks, from the side of that of which it is said, “Seven times a day do I praise You” (Ps. 119, 164). And she is malchut, a bride, comprised of seven sefirot, comprised in binah, which spreads out in five sefirot to fifty.

Segment 3

Yesod is kol, comprised of these fifty. Kallah: kol, He — comprised of fifty; all of them are swallowed up within fifty. Chochmah, which is the supernal Yod, is swallowed up within fifty: five times ten. He: binah; Yod: chochmah. Ten times five, that is fifty; and in reckoning, kol; and in reckoning, yam — and it is the sea of the Torah. Its source is keter, which has no end (sof). The rest of the sefirot are called by its name: seven days (yamim). And malchut is Yam Suf (the Red Sea), the end of all the yamim.
