All the adornments of the Holy Ancient One are set in order in the brain, still and concealed. And all the adornments of the Small of Countenance are set in order in the lower chochmah, as it is written, “In wisdom You have made them all” (Ps. 104, 24); and the He is assuredly the sum of all. What is the difference between He and He? The He here — judgement is aroused from it; and the one here — mercy within mercy.
