תִּקּוּנָא עֲשִׁירָאָה. נַחְתִּין שַׂעְרֵי תְּחוֹת דִּיקְנָא, וְחַפְּיָין בִּגְרוֹנָא תְּחוֹת דִּיקְנָא. קוּם רִבִּי יְהוּדָה. קָם רִבִּי יְהוּדָה פָּתַח וְאָמַר, (ישעיהו ב׳:י״ט) וּבָאוּ בִּמְעָרוֹת צוּרִים וּבִמְחִלּוֹת עָפָר מִפְּנֵי פַּחַד יְיָ וְגוֹ'. מִפְּנֵי פַּחַד יְיָ, הָא אִתְיְדַע דְּמַאן דְּאִיהוּ לְבַר, פַּחַד יְיָ אִתְקְרֵי. וּמֵהֲדַר גְּאוֹנוֹ, אִינּוּן שַׂעְרֵי דִּתְחוֹת דִּיקְנָא, וְאִתְקְרוּן הֲדַר גְּאוֹנוֹ, תְּרֵי. תִּקּוּנָא עֲשִׂירָאָה, (מיכה ז׳:כ׳) תִּתֵּן אֱמֶת לְיַעֲקֹב. וְחַד סָר, דְּלָא נַפְקֵי נִימָא מִן נִימָא, חֶסֶד לְאַבְרָהָם.

The tenth adornment. Hairs descend beneath the beard and cover the throat beneath the beard. Rise, R. Judah. R. Judah rose, opened and said: “And they shall go into the caves of the rocks and into the holes of the earth, from before the terror of the Lord,” etc. (Isa. 2, 19). “From before the terror of the Lord” — it is known that whoever is outside is called “the terror of the Lord”. “And from the glory of His majesty” — these are the hairs that are beneath the beard, and they are called “the glory of His majesty”: two. The tenth adornment: “You will give truth to Jacob” (Micah 7, 20). And the eleventh, in which strand does not go out from strand: “mercy to Abraham”.
