Se’if 1א׳

בְּהֵמָה אוֹ עוֹף שֶׁנִּטַּל הָאֵם שֶׁהַוָּלָד מֻנָּח בָּהּ, כְּשֵׁרָה. הַגָּה: וְכָל שֶׁכֵּן נִקַּב, דְּכָשֵׁר (ד"ע) ; וְיֵשׁ מַחֲמִירִין לֶאֱסֹר בְּנִקַּב אוֹ נִמּוֹק (שם וְרוֹקֵחַ ועס"ק ג' וְהַגָּהַת ש"ד סִימָן פ"ח בְּשֵׁם אוֹר זָרוּעַ ואו"ה כְּלָל נ"ה), וְיֵשׁ לְהַחְמִיר אִם לֹא בִּמְקוֹם הֶפְסֵד מְרֻבֶּה.

An animal or a bird whose womb, in which the foetus lies, was removed — it is fit. Hagah [Rema]: And all the more so if it was perforated, that it is fit (his own opinion); and there are those who are stringent to forbid where it was perforated or has decayed (there, and Rokeach, and see se'if katan 3, and the Hagahah of Shaarei Dura, siman 88, in the name of Or Zarua, and Issur v'Heter, klal 55), and one is to be stringent, unless it be in a case of great loss.

Se’if 2ב׳

נִטְּלָה שַׁלְפּוּחִית שֶׁמֵּי רַגְלַיִם נִקְוִים לְתוֹכָהּ, כְּשֵׁרָה, וְיֵשׁ אוֹסְרִין. וְהָכֵי נָהוּג לְהַטְרִיף, אֲפִלּוּ בְּנִקַּב (טוּר בְּשֵׁם ר"ח והגהמ"י פ"ח מה"ש בְּשֵׁם הַתּוֹסָפוֹת רֵישׁ דַּף מ"ח וַאֲגֻדָּה וְכֵן כָּתַב בַּהַגָּהָה ש"ד סִימָן פ"ח בְּשֵׁם אוֹר זָרוּעַ וְד"מ בְּשֵׁם מהרא"י וּמַהַרְשַׁ"ל בא"ו שֶׁלּוֹ סִימָן צ"ו בְּשֵׁם רַאַבִיָ"ה וְר"י).

If the bladder, into which the urine collects, was removed, it is fit; and there are those who forbid. And so is the practice, to declare it a tereifah (an animal with a fatal defect), even where it was perforated (Tur in the name of Rabbeinu Chananel, and Hagahot Maimoni, chapter 8 of the Laws of Slaughter, in the name of the Tosafot at the head of folio 48, and Agudah; and so wrote the Hagahah of Shaarei Dura, siman 88, in the name of Or Zarua; and the Darchei Moshe in the name of the Maharai; and the Maharshal in his Issur v'Heter, siman 96, in the name of Raavyah and the Ri).
