The father annuls his daughter's vows all the time that she is a minor or a na'arah, even if she vowed upon the knowledge of the many. She became a bogeret (that is, when the woman has passed twelve years and one day, then, if she has brought forth two hairs, she is called a na'arah until six months afterwards, when she is called a bogeret — that is to say, full of hair, for the Yerushalmi Targum of ish sa'ir is gevar bagar), or she married: he is no longer able to annul.

The husband annuls his wife's vows by himself, from when she enters the bridal canopy until she is divorced and the bill of divorce has reached her hand. If she was divorced in a case of doubt, he shall not annul for her.
Se’if 3ג׳
נָתַן לָהּ גֵּט עַל תְּנַאי, אוֹ לְאַחַר זְמַן, לֹא יָפֵר לָהּ בַּיָּמִים שֶׁבֵּינְתַיִם.
He gave her a bill of divorce upon a condition, or to take effect after a time — he shall not annul for her in the days between.
