Se’if 1א׳

One whose house adjoined a house of idolatry, and it fell — it is forbidden to rebuild it. What shall he do? He withdraws into his own ground and builds, and that space he fills with thorns or with dung, so that he shall not enlarge the house of idolatry. If the wall was his and the idol's, it is judged half and half: his own is permitted in benefit, and that of the idol is forbidden; and if he does not recognise which is his (Tur), the whole is forbidden in benefit — its stones and its wood and its ash. However, it is permitted to sell them his portion, wherever it is (the Ran, chapter "All the images").

Se’if 2ב׳

It is forbidden to build together with an idolater (oved kokhavim — the standing term for a gentile) a vault in which they set up an idol. And if he transgressed and built — even the idol itself (Kol Bo) — his wages are permitted. But he may build at the outset the hall or the courtyard in which that vault is.

Se’if 3ג׳

If an idol had a garden or a bathhouse, and the profit that comes out of them is for the priests, it is permitted to derive benefit from them not as a favour, and it is forbidden to derive benefit from them as a favour — and even if others have (a share) in the profit together with the priests. And if the profit that comes out of them is not for the priests but for its worshippers, it is permitted to derive benefit from them even as a favour, and even where the garden and the bathhouse belong to the idol alone (so it is implied in the Tur, according to the opinion of Rashi). Hagah [Rema]: And there are those who say that there is no prohibition against deriving benefit from it where the profit comes to the priests, save when they stand in the courtyard of the idol itself; but when they do not stand before it, even though the profit that comes out of them is for the priests, it is permitted to derive benefit from it — unless the profit is for the idol itself. And there is ground to rely upon this to be lenient (Tur in the name of Rabbeinu Tam, and the Tosafot, folio 44, and the Rosh, and Mordechai in the name of Rabbeinu Tam).
