Se’if 1א׳

החובל באביו ואמו או החובל בבניו או החובל בחבירו בשבת. ובו יא סעיפים: החובל באביו ואמו ולא הוציא מהם דם חייב בה' דברים הוציא מהם דם חייב מיתה לפיכך פטור מתשלומין אפי' הוא שוגג לפיכך לא יקיז הבן לאביו ולא יוציא קוץ מבשרו ולא יפתח לו מורסא שמא יבא להוציא ממנו דם ונתבאר זה בטור יורה דעה סימן רמ"א:

One who wounds his father and his mother, or who wounds his children, or who wounds his fellow on the Sabbath; it contains eleven se'ifim. One who wounds his father or his mother and did not draw blood from them is liable for five things; if he drew blood from them, he is liable to death; therefore he is exempt from payment, even if he is unwitting. Therefore a son shall not let blood for his father, nor take a thorn out of his flesh, nor open an abscess for him, lest he come to draw blood from him; and this was explained in Tur Yoreh De'ah, siman 241.

Se’if 2ב׳

החובל בחבירו בשבת פטור מתשלומין אפילו הוא שוגג כיון שיש בו מיתת ב"ד אבל החובל בחבירו בי"הכ [אפילו] במזיד חייב לשלם לו:

One who wounds his fellow on the Sabbath is exempt from payment, even if he is unwitting, since it carries death at the hands of the court; but one who wounds his fellow on the Day of Atonement, even wilfully, must pay him.

Se’if 3ג׳

החובל בעבד כנעני שלו פטור חבלו בו אחרים רבו נוטל ה' דברים ואפי' צערו בסם ונתרפא מהרה הרי כל רפואתו לרבו:

One who wounds his own Canaanite slave is exempt. If others wounded him, his master takes the five things; and even if he pained him with a drug and he recovered quickly, all his healing goes to his master.
