Se’if 1א׳
The law of a tenant on shares who comes to withdraw while the crops are not yet finished; it contains two se'ifim. A tenant on shares whose time to withdraw from the field arrived, and there were crops there that had not yet come to the point of being sold, or that were finished but the market day for selling them had not arrived — they appraise them, and he takes their value from the owner of the land.
Se’if 2ב׳
Just as the tenant on shares and the owner of the land divide the crop, so they divide the straw and the stubble; just as they divide the wine, so they divide the vine prunings. But the canes that they set up under the vines: if they bought them in partnership, they divide them; and if they are from one of them, they belong to the one who bought them; and likewise in every case like this.
