המקבל שדה לזורעה שומשמין וזרעה חטין. ובו סעיף אחד: המקבל שדה מחבירו לזורעה שומשמין וזרעה חטים ועשתה חטים ששוין כמו שהיתה ראויה לעשות מהשומשמין אין לו עליו אלא תרעומת עשתה פחות ממה שהיא ראויה לעשות מהשומשמין משלם לו המקבל כפי מה שהיא ראויה לעשות מהשומשמין עשתה חטים יותר ממה שהיא ראויה לעשות מהשומשמין חולקין לפי התנאי שביניהם אע"פ שמשתכר בעל הקרקע:

One who receives a field to sow it with sesame and sowed it with wheat; it contains one se'if. One who receives a field from his fellow to sow it with sesame, and sowed it with wheat, and it yielded wheat worth as much as it was fit to yield of sesame — he has against him only a grievance. If it yielded less than it was fit to yield of sesame, the tenant on shares pays him according to what it was fit to yield of sesame. If it yielded wheat worth more than it was fit to yield of sesame, they divide according to the condition between them, even though the owner of the land gains.
