Se’if 1א׳
דיני שומרים א' האיש וא' האשה. ובו ב סעיפים: א' האיש וא' האשה בדיני השומרים בין שהיה הדבר השמור של האשה בין שהי' ביד האשה:
The laws of bailees are one for a man and a woman; it contains two se'ifim. A man and a woman are one in the laws of bailees, whether the thing guarded belonged to the woman or was in the woman's hand.
Se’if 2ב׳
קטן שהפקיד או השאיל לגדול נשבע שבועת השומרים לקטן (ויש חולקין ועיין לעיל סוף סי' צ"ו):
A minor who deposited with, or lent to, an adult — he swears the oath of the bailees to the minor (and there are those who disagree; and see above, end of siman 96).
