Two who deposited with one man, and one of them comes to claim; it contains one se'if. Two who deposited with one man, and one of them came to take his own — they do not listen to him until his fellow comes. In what case are these words said? Where the second is not in the city; but if he is in the city and knew that his fellow claimed it and did not come, what his fellow does is agreeable to him, and he is doing his errand. And the details of this law were explained in siman 176, se'if 25, and in siman 122. And if he deposited with two, it is as one who lends to two (Nimukei Yosef, beginning of chapter "One who deposits") (and see above, siman 77).
