Choshen Mishpat is set from the Lemberg 1898 edition, which is unpointed, so the vowels switch has nothing to remove here.
Se’if 1א׳
The law of one who acquires the property of a gentile who converted and died without heirs; it contains thirty-one se'ifim. A convert who died and did not leave a son whose conception and birth were in holiness — even though he has sons whose conception was not in holiness and whose birth was in holiness — all his property is ownerless, and whoever comes first to it acquires.
Se’if 2ב׳
A convert who died, and Israelites seized all his property — those who acquire his property are not obliged in his burial more than all other Israelites.
Se’if 3ג׳
A field that is marked out by its boundaries — once he struck (Rashi explained: once he dug in it with one stroke) one stroke of the hoe in it, he has acquired the whole of it. And if it is not marked out by its boundaries, he acquires of it by that stroke as far as the yoke of oxen goes and returns at the time of ploughing.
Se’if 4ד׳
The boundary (that is, like a path among the vineyards by which people pass from field to field; the Aruch) and the chatzav (that is, chatzav is derived from "to hew out cisterns for themselves" — that is to say, a grass or tree whose roots hew their way and go down into the earth many cubits) with which they set bounds (that is, mitchamin means "set limits", as the Targum of "and you shall set bounds" is ve-titchem) — these separate in the property of a convert; and whoever takes possession of a field acquires only up to the boundary or the chatzav.
Se’if 5ה׳
Whatever separates for pe'ah separates in the property of a convert. How so? If there was a stream there or a water channel, he acquires only up to the stream or up to the channel. And whatever separates in the public domain (another reading: in the domains of the Sabbath) separates in the property of a convert; for example, if there was between the two fields a private domain or a karmelit (a domain that is neither public nor private, in which the Sages forbade carrying by a decree of their own); even if there was between them a domain that divides for bills of divorce, it separates.
