Se’if 1א׳
מציאת בהמה ושט"ח ושובר וגט אשה. ובו ה סעיפים: ב' שראו גמל או חמור של מציאה וקדמו שניהם והנהיגוהו או משכוהו או שהיה אחד מנהיג ואחד מושך קנו שניהם בד"א בחמור אבל בגמל אם היה אחד מנהיג ואחד מושך המושך קנה אבל לא המנהיג:
The find of an animal, a document of debt, a receipt and a woman's bill of divorce; it contains five se'ifim. Two who saw a camel or a donkey that was a find, and both hastened and drove it or drew it, or one was driving and one drawing — both have acquired. When is this said? With a donkey; but with a camel, if one was driving and one drawing, the one drawing has acquired, but not the one driving.
Se’if 2ב׳
בהמת מציאה שקדם אחד ואחז במוסירה לא קנה עד שימשוך או ינהיג וכן בנכסי הגר אבל קנה המוסירה לבדו:
An animal that is a find, of which one hastened and took hold of the bridle, he has not acquired until he draws it or drives it; and likewise with the property of a convert. But he has acquired the bridle alone.
Se’if 3ג׳
היה אחד רוכב ואחד אוחז במוסירה הרוכב קנה הבהמה והמוסירה שעל לחיי הבהמה בלבד וזה שאחז המוסירה קנה ממנה מה שאחז בידו ושאר המוסירה לא קנה שום אחד מהם: הגה היו שנים רוכבין קנו שניהן היה אחד רוכב ואחד מנהיג קנו שניהם ויחלוקו (טור סי' קנ"ז ס"ו בשם הרא"ש ורי"ו נ"י ח"ד)
If one was riding and one holding the bridle, the rider has acquired the animal and the bridle that is on the animal's cheeks only; and this one who held the bridle has acquired of it what he held in his hand; and the rest of the bridle neither of them has acquired. Hagah [Rema]: If two were riding, both have acquired. If one was riding and one driving, both have acquired, and they divide it (Tur, siman 157, se'if 6, in the name of the Rosh, and Rabbeinu Yerucham, netiv 10, part 4).
