Siman 249 of 427 in Choshen Mishpat — 5 se'ifim
Se’if 1א׳
One who gives a gift and retracts, or one who gives to a slave and a woman; it contains five se'ifim. One who says he will give a small gift to his fellow and retracted — this is among those wanting in faithfulness (and see above, siman 204, se'if 8).

A gentile who is not a ger toshav (one who has accepted upon himself the seven commandments) — it is forbidden to give him a gift, unless he is acquainted with him, or if there is in the matter a consideration of the ways of peace.
Se’if 3ג׳
One who gives a gift to a slave or to a woman — the master and the husband have acquired it. The master acquired the body too, and the husband acquired only the produce, but the body is hers when she is widowed or divorced; and this is explained in Tur Even HaEzer, siman 85.
