One who sells his fellow a cellar of wine, and one who buys wine and it turned sour; it contains ten se'ifim. One who says to his fellow: I am selling you this cellar of wine for keeping (that is, to keep it and draw on it little by little for a dish) (or says: I am selling you this cellar for keeping) (Tur), or who sold him a cellar of wine without specification — the buyer accepts ten jars in every hundred whose wine is not good but has already begun to turn; more than this he does not accept (and whoever said to him that he took it to drink little by little, it is as though he had said "for keeping") (the Maggid, chapter 10).
Se’if 2ב׳
If he said to him: I am selling you a cellar of wine for keeping (or he said to him: I am selling you a cellar for keeping) (Tur), or he said to him: I am selling you barrels of wine — he gives him wine that is all good and fit for a dish.
Se’if 3ג׳
If he said to him: this cellar of wine — he gives him wine that is sold in a shop, which is middling, neither bad nor good (and the same law applies if he said: this barrel of wine) (Tur).
