A seller who said "for two hundred" and a buyer who says "for a maneh"; it contains one se'if. One who seeks to buy an article from his fellow: the seller says, I am selling it to you for two hundred, and the buyer says, I will buy it only for a maneh; and this one went to his house and that one to his house, and afterwards they came together and he drew the article without specifying — if it was the seller who claimed of the buyer and gave him the article, he gives only a maneh; and if it was the buyer who came and drew the article without specifying, he must give two hundred. Hagah [Rema]: If at first there was a fixed price between them, and one of them retracted, and they came back and drew without specifying, we say that certainly they acquired on the first fixed price (Nimukei Yosef, chapter "The craftsmen").
