Se’if 1א׳
דין קניית קרקע בכסף. ובו יח סעיפים: קרקע נקנה באחד מארבע דברים בכסף בשטר בחזקה ובקנין סודר: הגה וכדין המקח כך דין שכירות קרקע כל ימי השכירות וע' לקמן סוף סי' קצ"ה:
The law of the acquisition of land by money; it contains eighteen se'ifim. Land is acquired by one of four things: by money, by a document, by taking possession, and by a kinyan sudar (a formal act of acquisition by handing over a cloth). Hagah [Rema]: And as is the law of a sale, so is the law of the hire of land, for all the days of the hire; and see below, end of siman 195.
Se’if 2ב׳
בכסף כיצד מכר לו בית או שדה ונתן לו כסף שוה פרוטה קנה ואין א' מהם יכול לחזור בו ואפי' נתן לו הכסף ע"מ שיחזירהו לו קנה:
By money — how? He sold him a house or a field, and the other gave him money worth a perutah: he has acquired, and neither of them can retract; and even if he gave him the money on condition that he return it to him, he has acquired.
Se’if 3ג׳
האומר לחבירו תן מנה לפלוני וקנה לך קרקע שלי כיון שנתן קנה:
One who says to his fellow: give a maneh to so-and-so, and acquire my land for yourself — once he has given it, he has acquired.
