Se’if 1א׳

Gardens drawing from one spring; it contains two se'ifim. Five gardens drawing from one spring, and the spring became spoiled — all of them repair it with the uppermost; so the lowest is found repairing with all of them and repairing for itself, and the uppermost repairs only for itself.

Se’if 2ב׳

The people along a river water in order. If one wanted to dam it so as to turn the water to himself and water first, and afterwards open it, and another wants to water first — whoever prevails has acquired. And a pit that is near the channel (and the river draws into it along its course) (Tur) is filled first, because of the ways of peace (and some say, specifically where the pit came before the channel, but not the reverse) (the Maggid, chapter 3 of the Laws of Neighbours, and Beit Yosef in the name of the Rashba).
