Choshen Mishpat is set from the Lemberg 1898 edition, which is unpointed, so the vowels switch has nothing to remove here.

Se’if 1א׳

Two gardens, one higher than the other; it contains two se'ifim. Two gardens, one above the other, and the vegetables between them, in the height of the thickness of the earth between them — whatever the upper one can stretch out his hand and take by its root is his, provided he does not strain himself; and the rest belongs to the lower one. Hagah [Rema]: If the upper one's hand reached down to the bottom, even so whatever is near the ground, less than three handbreadths, belongs to the lower one (Tur). If he reaches its leaves but does not reach its root, the upper one shall not take it; and if he took it, they do not take it out of his hand.

Se’if 2ב׳

A tree standing on the boundary, even though it leans into the field of one of them — the two of them divide its fruit (but if it stands in the field of one of them and leans into another field, they follow the root, and it is all his) (Tur, and so the Tosafot wrote there).
