מי שיש לו גינה תחת בד של חבירו. ובו סעיף אחד: בית הבד שהוא בנוי בעובי ההר וגנה אחת על גביו ונפחתו שמי בית הבד בד' טפחים או יותר הרי בעל הגנה יורד וזורע למטה עד שיעשה זה לבית בדו כיפין ויתקן העליון קרקע גנתו ויזרע כל גנתו:

One who has a garden above his fellow's olive press; it contains one se'if. An olive press that is built into the thickness of a hill, with a garden above it, and the roof of the olive press broke through by four handbreadths or more — the owner of the garden goes down and sows below, until this one makes vaults for his olive press, and the upper one repairs the ground of his garden and sows all his garden.
