Choshen Mishpat is set from the Lemberg 1898 edition, which is unpointed, so the vowels switch has nothing to remove here.

Se’if 1א׳

Two who held one field in possession, this one eating it and that one eating it; it contains four se'ifim. Two partners who held a field in possession six years, one of them eating it the first, third and fifth years and the second eating it the second, fourth and sixth — presumptive possession is established for neither of them. And if they made this division by document, then once three years have passed, their presumptive possession is established. And likewise, if they plead that they bought this field from so-and-so and the seller made them a document of sale, then once three years have passed, their presumptive possession is established. And the same applies to a slave whom they held in possession in this manner.

Se’if 2ב׳

If one ate it one year and sold it to another, and he too held it one year, and he too sold it to a third — if they sold it to one another by document, their presumptive possession is established; and if the sale was without a document, their presumptive possession is not established.

Se’if 3ג׳

If the father ate it one year and died, and the son inherited it and ate it two; or the father ate it two and the son one; or the father ate it one year, and the son one year, and the buyer who bought it from the son one year — this is presumptive possession; provided that he bought it by document.
