Se’if 1א׳

מי שלקט פירותיו של חבירו. ובו ג סעיפים: היורד לתוך שדה חבירו ולקט פירותיו בעל השדה טוען שבגזל לקחם וזה אומר שמכרם לו נאמן בשבועת היסת אפילו אם יש עדים שליקטן:

One who gathered his fellow's produce; it contains three se'ifim. One who goes down into his fellow's field and gathered its produce, and the owner of the field pleads that he took them by robbery, and this one says that he sold them to him — he is believed with the oath of hesset (the oath the Sages imposed on one who denies a claim outright), even if there are witnesses that he gathered them.

Se’if 2ב׳

אם אין בעל השדה והאילן כאן ואמר א' אלך ואלקוט פירות האילן והשדה של פלוני שמכרם לי אין ב"ד צריכין למנעו ואם באו הבעלים קודם שליקטם מעכבים על ידו ואפילו אם ליקטם כבר אם טוען שמכר לו גוף השדה אינו נאמן אף על הפירות שאכל כיון שאין לו שטר ולא חזקת ג' שנים:

If the owner of the field and the tree is not here, and one said: I will go and gather the produce of the tree and of the field of so-and-so, which he sold me — the court need not stop him. And if the owners came before he gathered them, they restrain him; and even if he has already gathered them, if he pleads that he sold him the body of the field, he is not believed even concerning the produce that he ate, since he has neither a document nor three years' presumptive possession.

Se’if 3ג׳

האומר אלך ואכרות אילנות של פלוני ב"ד מוחין בידו:

One who says: I will go and cut down the trees of so-and-so — the court restrains him.
