Chapter 5 of 15 in Offerings for Unintentional Transgressions — 7 halachot
Halacha 1
One who has intercourse with a forbidden woman many times in a single lapse of awareness — even though many days passed between one act and another, since it did not become known to him in between and she is one body, the whole is a single unintentional act and he is liable to only one sin-offering. But if he erred with her and it then became known to him, and he went back and erred with that same woman and lay with her, and it then became known to him, and he went back and erred with that same woman and lay with her, he is liable for each and every act of intercourse; for instances of knowledge divide unintentional acts.
Halacha 2
One who has intercourse with a forbidden woman many times in a single lapse of awareness, and this woman who was lain with had knowledge between each act and the next, so that the acts of intercourse were for her in many lapses — he brings one sin-offering, and she brings a sin-offering for each and every act. If he had instances of knowledge in between and she was in a single lapse, he brings many sin-offerings and she brings one sin-offering.
Halacha 3
One who has intercourse with many forbidden women in a single lapse of awareness — even though they are all of one category, since they are distinct bodies he is liable for each and every one. How so? One who lay with five of his wives while they were menstruants, or who had intercourse with five of his sisters or with five of his daughters in a single lapse, is liable for each and every body. From this you learn that what the Sages said — that one who has intercourse with a male and had a male have intercourse with him in a single lapse of awareness is liable to one sin-offering — applies only when it was that same male. But if it was another male, whether he had intercourse with two, or had intercourse with this one and had that one have intercourse with him, he is liable for each and every body. And the same law applies to one who has intercourse with an animal and had an animal come upon him.
