Passage 1
Rav Huna said: one who was walking on the road or in the wilderness and does not know when it is the Sabbath counts six days and keeps one day. Chiyya bar Rav says: he keeps one day and counts six. In what do they differ? One Master holds: as with the creation of the world; and one Master holds: as with Adam the first man. They raised an objection: one who was walking on the road and does not know when it is the Sabbath keeps one day for every six. Is it not that he counts six and keeps one day? No — he keeps one day and counts six. If so, then instead of "he keeps one day for every six" it should have said "he keeps one day and counts six". And furthermore it was taught: one who was walking on the road or in the wilderness and does not know when it is the Sabbath counts six and keeps one day. This is a refutation of Chiyya bar Rav — a conclusive refutation.
