The Zohar · Vayikra
Zohar, Vayikra 41
Section 41 of 67 in Vayikra — 5 segments
Segment 1
At that time those living creatures and elements are peace offerings, and they are called holy things, for there is nothing unclean among them. And further, “peace offerings” — this is the last He, which is the completeness of the Central Column in all the Havayot that are comprised in it, to all its six sides, which are the six sefirot.
Segment 2
And the mystery of the matter: He sealed the height and turned upward — with Yod-He-Vau, to the right, which is chesed; with He-Vau-Yod, to the left, which is gevurah; and Vau-He-Yod in the Central Column; Yod-Vau-He in netzach; in hod, He-Yod-Vau; in yesod (foundation), Vau-Yod-He. The tree that takes hold of them all is tiferet, “a tree bearing fruit”. And therefore, “in the place where the tree falls, there it shall be” — yehu, Yod-He-Vau. And so too in every Havayah: the last He is peace offerings to it, and to all the Havayot that take hold in it. In this fashion: Yod-He-Vau with He, the Tetragrammaton; He-Vau-Yod with He, Havayah; Vau-He-Yod with He, Vehayah. And so too the rest of the Havayot.
Segment 3
And these are the eighteen letters of the six sides, which are comprised in the Zaddik, chai, the life of the worlds; and with He it becomes chayah. And the mystery of the matter is the He, like Noah’s ark, into which were gathered of every kind and kind, which are two by two and seven by seven, for the offering. Two by two: four. Seven by seven: fourteen. Here are eighteen. And the ark is He; in it chayah is completed.
