וּסְפִירָה, כְּמוֹ שֶׁאָמַר דָּוִד (ד"ה א כט יא) לְךָ יהו"ה הַגְּדוּלָה וְהַגְּבוּרָה וְגוֹמֵר,

וְאֵין לָךְ פְּעוּלָה בַּתַּחְתּוֹנִים אֶלָּא עַל יְדֵי מַלְכוּת, שֶׁנֶּאֱמַר בָּהּ (תהלים קג יט) וּמַלְכוּתוֹ בַּכֹּל מָשָׁלָה,

אֲבָל בִּזְמָן שֶׁצָּרִיךְ קוּדְשָׁא בְּרִיךְ הוּא לְהַצְדִּיק לַצַּדִּיק, וְלַעֲשׂוֹת עִמּוֹ צְדָקָה שֶׁהִיא מַלְכוּת, עִם הַתַּחְתּוֹנִים, נִכְלָלִים בּוֹ כָל הַסְּפִירוֹת, וְנִקְרָאִין צַדִּיקִים עַל שְׁמוֹ, יהו"ה נִקְרָא עַל שְׁמוֹ צַדִּיק, שֶׁנֶּאֱמַר (תהלים קמה יז) צַדִּיק יהו"ה בְּכָל דְּרָכָיו, וּמְרַחֵם עַל בִּרְיוֹתָיו בִּצְדָקָה,
