Segment 1
Echad, kavod: in gematria Mah, from chochmah — which He brings down to her mother; and as soon as it descends, the people bind it with the binding of the phylacteries of the head. And therefore, in the four sections of the phylacteries: “Sanctify to Me” — chochmah; “And it shall be when He brings you” — binah; “Hear, O Israel” — tiferet, comprising six sefirot in six words; “And it shall come to pass, if you shall hearken diligently” — malchut, the weak hand. Prayer is a crown (keter), a Kaph upon His head: “There is none holy as (ka-) the Lord”; for Sandalphon binds all the prayers and makes of them a crown.
Segment 2
At that time one must set in order the candlestick (a variant reads: the table) for the meal of the King, and the tabernacle and the candlestick and the ark and the altar, and every kind of service of the King's house. And we do not go after a table that is not the work of the Holy One, blessed be He; for we go only after the table that is the work of the hands of the Holy One, blessed be He, which is His Shekinah. His tabernacle, His table, His candlestick, His ark, His altar: she is comprised of all the vessels of service for the supernal King.
