Segment 1א׳

מִצְחָא דְּאִתְגְּלֵי בְּעַתִּיקָא קַדִּישָׁא, רָצוֹן אִקְרֵי, דְּהָא רֵישָׁא עִלָּאָה דָּא סָתִים לְעֵילָּא, דְּלָא אִתְיְדַע פָּשִׁיט חַד טוּרְנָא בְּסִימָא, יָאָה, דְּאִתְכְּלִיל בְּמִצְחָא. וּבְגִין דְּאִיהוּ (נ"א דההוא) רַעֲוָא דְּכָל רַעֲוִין, אִתְתְּקַן בְּמִצְחָא, וְאִתְגַּלְיָיא בְּבוּסִיטָא (ס"א אתגליף בפסיטא), הַאי מִצְחָא אִקְרֵי רָצוֹן.

The forehead that is revealed in the Holy Ancient One is called Favour. For this supernal head is hidden above, which is not known; it stretches out one turna, pleasant and fair, which is comprised in the forehead. And because it (a variant reads: that one) is the Will of all wills, it is set in order in the forehead, and is revealed in splendour (a variant reads: is engraved in splendour); this forehead is called Favour.

Segment 2ב׳

וְכַד רָצוֹן דָּא אִתְגַּלְיָיא, רַעֲוָא דְּרַעֲוִין אִשְׁתְּכַח בְּכֻלְּהוּ עָלְמִין, וְכָל צְלוֹתִין דִּלְתַּתָּא מִתְקַבְּלִין, וּמִתְנַהֲרִין אַנְפּוֹי דִּזְעֵיר אַנְפִּין, וְכֹלָּא בְּרַחֲמֵי אִשְׁתְּכַח, וְכָל דִּינִין אִתְטַמְּרָן וְאִתְכַּפְיָין.

And when this Favour is revealed, the Will of wills is found in all the worlds, and all the prayers below are accepted, and the face of the Small of Countenance shines, and all is found in mercy, and all judgements are hidden and subdued.

Segment 3ג׳

בְּשַׁבְּתָא בְּשַׁעֲתָא דִּצְלוֹתָא דְּמִנְחָה, דְּהוּא עִידָּן דְּכָל דִּינִין מִתְעָרִין, אִתְגַּלְיָיא הַאי מִצְחָא, וְאִתְכַּפְיָין כָּל דִּינִין, וְאִשְׁתְּכָחוּ רַחֲמִין בְּכֻלְּהוּ עָלְמִין. וּבְגִין כָּךְ אִשְׁתְּכַח שַׁבָּת בְּלָא דִּינָא, לָא לְעֵילָּא וְלָא לְתַתָּא. וַאֲפִילּוּ אֶשָּׁא דְּגֵיהִנָּם אִשְׁתְּקַע (ס"א אשתכך) בְּאַתְרֵיהּ, וְנַיְיחִין חַיָּיבַיָּא. וְעַל דָּא אִתּוֹסַף נִשְׁמְתָא דְּחֵדוּ בְּשַׁבְּתָא.

On the Sabbath, at the hour of the afternoon prayer, which is the time when all judgements are aroused, this forehead is revealed, and all judgements are subdued, and mercies are found in all the worlds. And therefore the Sabbath is found without judgement, neither above nor below. And even the fire of Gehinnom sinks (a variant reads: is stilled) in its place, and the wicked rest. And therefore a soul of joy is added on the Sabbath.
