Se’if 1א׳
אִם שָׁחַט בְּסַכִּין מְלֻבֶּנֶת, שְׁחִיטָתוֹ פְּסוּלָה; וְיֵשׁ מַכְשִׁירִין אִם יָדַע שֶׁהִיא מְלֻבֶּנֶת וְנִזְהַר שֶׁלֹּא נָגַע בַּצְּדָדִים.
If he slaughtered with a knife that was made white-hot, his slaughter is invalid. And there are those who declare it valid if he knew that it was white-hot and was careful that he did not touch the sides.
