Se’if 1א׳
If he erred and skipped a word or more, he may suspend it between the lines, but not in the space between one column and the next.
Se’if 2ב׳
Even though he says at the beginning of the scroll that he writes it for the sake of the holiness of a Torah scroll, every time he writes a Name of the Names that are not erased he must say that he writes it for the sake of the holiness of the Name. And if he did not do so, it is unfit (so it appears from the Rosh, and so wrote the Semag and Sefer haTerumah). Hagah [Rema]: If he wrote the name Elohim of "other gods" for the sake of holiness, it is not unfit; for it is like one who consecrates blemished animals for the altar, which are not holy (Beit Yosef in the name of the Rashbatz).
Se’if 3ג׳
When he is writing the Name, even if a king of Israel greets him, he shall not answer him. And if he was writing two Names one after the other, he is permitted to break off between them; and when he comes back to write the second Name he must say again that he writes it for the sake of the holiness of the Name.
