Se’if 1א׳

A man may lend his fellow a maneh (a hundred zuz) on condition that he trade with it for the lender's profit until it be two maneh, and that they be at the lender's risk until that time; and when they are two maneh, the two maneh shall return to the lender, and from then onwards all the profit shall be the borrower's — provided that he give the wage of his labour until they be two maneh. And if he stipulated with him at the outset, then even any amount whatever that he stipulated to give him as the wage of his labour suffices. Hagah [Rema]: And the same law applies in the reverse case, where he lends it to him first for the need of the borrower and afterwards he trades with it for the need of the lender, and he gives him (perhaps it should read: his wage) (Beit Yosef).
