Se’if 1א׳

עוֹבֶדֶת כּוֹכָבִים לֹא תְּיַלֵּד לְיִשְׂרְאֵלִית בֵּינָהּ לְבֵינָהּ, וַאֲפִלּוּ אִם הִיא מֻמְחִית. וְכֵן לֹא תָּנִיק לְבֶן יִשְׂרָאֵל בְּבֵיתָהּ, וַאֲפִלּוּ אֲחֵרִים עוֹמְדִים עַל גַּבָּהּ. אֲבָל בְּבֵית יִשְׂרָאֵל מֻתֶּרֶת לְיַלֵּד וּלְהָנִיק, אִם אֲחֵרִים עוֹמְדִים עַל גַּבָּהּ אוֹ יוֹצְאִים וְנִכְנָסִים, וְהוּא שֶׁלֹּא יַנִּיחֶנּוּ עִמָּהּ לְבַדּוֹ בַּלַּיְלָה.

An idolatress (ovedet kokhavim — the standing term for a gentile woman) shall not deliver an Israelite woman when the two of them are alone, and even if she is an expert. And likewise she shall not suckle the son of an Israelite in her own house, and even if others are standing over her. But in the house of an Israelite she is permitted to deliver and to suckle, if others are standing over her or are going out and coming in — and that is provided he does not leave him alone with her at night.

Se’if 2ב׳

יִשְׂרְאֵלִית לֹא תָּנִיק לְבֶן עוֹבֵד כּוֹכָבִים, אֲפִלּוּ בְּשָׂכָר. אֶלָּא אִם כֵּן יֵשׁ לָהּ חָלָב הַרְבֵּה וּמְצַעֶרֶת אוֹתָהּ, מֻתֶּרֶת לְהֵינִיקוֹ. (מָרְדְּכַי וַאֲגֻדָּה ר"פ אֵין מַעֲמִידִין) וְלֹא תְּיַלֵּד לְעוֹבֶדֶת כּוֹכָבִים, אֶלָּא אִם כֵּן הִיא יְדוּעָה לִמְיַלֶּדֶת, שֶׁאָז מֻתֶּרֶת, וְדַוְקָא בְּשָׂכָר וּבְחֹל. אָסוּר לְלַמֵּד לְעוֹבֵד כּוֹכָבִים אֻמָּנוּת (הַגָּהַת אֲשֵׁרִי שָׁם וִירוּשַׁלְמִי).

An Israelite woman shall not suckle the son of an idolater, even for a wage — unless she has much milk and it pains her, in which case she is permitted to suckle him. (Mordechai and Agudah, at the beginning of chapter "One does not station") And she shall not deliver an idolatress, unless she is known as a midwife, for then she is permitted — and specifically for a wage and on a weekday. It is forbidden to teach an idolater a craft (Hagahat Asheri there, and the Yerushalmi).
