Se’if 1א׳
עוֹבֵד כּוֹכָבִים שֶׁהֵבִיא לוּלָב לְיִשְׂרָאֵל מִחוּץ לַתְּחוּם מֻתָּר לִטְּלוֹ אֲפִלּוּ מִי שֶׁהוּבָא בִּשְׁבִילוֹ. הַגָּה: וְעַיֵּן לְעֵיל סִימָן תקפ"ו (סָעִיף כ"א וְכ"ב) וְסִימָן ש"ז (סָעִיף ג'), אִם מֻתָּר לוֹמַר לְעוֹבֵד כּוֹכָבִים לֵילֵךְ אַחֲרָיו אוֹ לְחַלֵּל יוֹם טוֹב בִּשְׁבִילוֹ.
1. If a non-Jew brought a lulav to a Jew from outside of the techum, it is permitted even to the person that it was brought for. Rema: See 586:21, 586:22, and 307:3 for whether it is permitted to tell a non-Jew to walk [outside the techum] or to desecrate Yom Tov.
