Rema: Some say it is forbidden to heat a winter room on Yom Tov, since sometimes the cold is not great and it is only for the pampered, making it like a bathhouse or fumigation which are forbidden. It is permitted to heat water on Yom Tov to wash one's hands, but not one's whole body — even if one does not wash it all at once. Rema: However, it is permitted to bathe a baby in water heated by a Jew on Yom Tov. (Mordechai ch. 3) But it is forbidden to heat water specifically for the baby's needs even through a non-Jew. (Mahara of Prague) However, when water is needed for cooking or rinsing, it is permitted to heat extra for the baby's sake. (Kol Bo) The law of the hot springs of Tiberias is the same as on Shabbat, as stated in §326. (Beit Yosef) But in water that was heated before Yom Tov it is permitted to wash one's whole body even all at once — however only outside a bathhouse, but in a bathhouse it is forbidden. Rema: Some forbid it in any case, and this is the custom. (Tur and Rosh)
