Se’if 1א׳

We bless Creator of the fruits of the tree upon all arboreal produce at the outset, aside from wine, upon which we bless Creator of the fruits of the vine, whether the wine is raw or diluted, or whether it was spiced, in which honey and/or peppers are placed within the wine. Rema: And if wine was mixed in to beer, we go after the majority: if the majority of the mixture is wine, one blesses "Blessed is the Creator of the fruit of the vine"; and if the majority of the mixture is beer, one blesses "Blessed is the One through Whose Word everything was created".

Se’if 2ב׳

Unripe grapes: so long as they have not reached the size of the white bean, one blesses over them "who creates the fruit of the ground"; and from when they are the size of the white bean onward, one blesses over them "who creates the fruit of the tree". And since the measure of the white bean is not known to us, one always blesses "who creates the fruit of the ground" until they are very large. And all the other trees, from when they put forth fruit, one blesses over it "who creates the fruit of the tree" — provided that it is not bitter or very sour, to the point that it is not fit to eat even under pressure, for then one does not bless over it at all. Hagah [Rema]: And there are those who say that over carobs one does not bless "who creates the fruit of the tree" until one sees in them something like the chains of carobs, and likewise with olives until the blossom around them grows; and before that one blesses "who creates the fruit of the ground"; and this is the main view (Tur).

Se’if 3ג׳

Fruit pits: if they are sweet, one blesses over them "who creates the fruit of the tree"; and if they are bitter, one does not bless over them at all; and if they were sweetened by means of fire, one blesses over them "by whose word all came to be".
