Se’if 1א׳

בְּרָכָה רְבִיעִית לֹא יֹאמַר תִּתְבָּרַךְ, וְלֹא יֹאמַר בָּהּ הַחַי, כִּי אִם בְּבֵית הָאָבֵל; וְאוֹמֵר בָּהּ שְׁלֹשָׁה מַלְכֻיּוֹת: בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה ה' אֱלֹהֵינוּ מֶלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם, הָאֵל אָבִינוּ מַלְכֵּנוּ וכו', הַמֶּלֶךְ הַטּוֹב. וְשְׁלֹשָׁה הֲטָבוֹת: הוּא הֵטִיב לָנוּ, הוּא מֵטִיב לָנוּ, הוּא יֵיטִיב לָנוּ. וג' גְּמוּלוֹת: הוּא גְּמָלַנוּ, הוּא גּוֹמְלֵנוּ, הוּא יִגְמְלֵנוּ.

In the fourth blessing he should not say "May You be blessed", nor should he say in it "the Living", except in a house of mourning. And he says in it three kingships: "Blessed are You, Lord our God, King of the universe, the God, our Father, our King, etc., the good King"; and three benefits: "He has done good to us, He does good to us, He will do good to us"; and three bestowings: "He has bestowed upon us, He bestows upon us, He will bestow upon us."

Se’if 2ב׳

בְּבֵית הָאָבֵל אוֹמֵר: בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה ה' אֱלֹהֵינוּ מֶלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם הָאֵל אָבִינוּ מַלְכֵּנוּ בּוֹרְאֵנוּ גּוֹאֲלֵנוּ קְדוֹשֵׁנוּ קְדוֹשׁ יַעֲקֹב הַמֶּלֶךְ הַחַי הַטּוֹב וְהַמֵּטִיב אֵל אֱמֶת דַּיַּן אֱמֶת וְכו' וְעַיֵּן בְּיוֹרֵה דֵּעָה סִימָן שע"ט.
