Se’if 1א׳

הַחוֹבֵל בְּאֵשֶׁת אִישׁ הַשֶּׁבֶת וְהָרִפּוּי לְבַעֲלָהּ; וְהַצַּעַר, שֶׁלָּהּ; וְהַבּשֶׁת וְהַנֶּזֶק, אִם בְּגָלוּי הוּא, כְּגוֹן שֶׁחָבַל בְּפָנֶיהָ וּבְצַוָּארָהּ אוֹ בְּיָדָהּ וּזְרוֹעוֹתֶיהָ, הַשְּׁלִישׁ שֶׁלָּהּ וּשְׁנֵי שְׁלִישִׁים לַבַּעַל, וְאִם בַּסֵתֶר הוּא הַנֵּזֶק, הַשְּׁלִישׁ לַבַּעַל וּשְׁנֵי שְׁלִישִׁים לָאִשָּׁה. שֶׁל בַּעַל, נוֹתְנִין לוֹ מִיָּד; וְשֶׁל אִשָּׁה, יִלָּקַח בָּהֶם קַרְקַע וְהַבַּעַל אוֹכֵל פֵּרוֹת. וְאֵינָהּ יְכוֹלָה לִמְחֹל, לֹא עַל חֶלְקוֹ וְלֹא עַל חֶלְקָהּ; וְאִם מָחֲלָה, אֵינָהּ מְחִילָה, וּמִכָּל מָקוֹם אֵינוֹ יָכוֹל לִתְבֹּעַ חֶלְקָהּ אֶלָּא בְּהַרְשָׁאָתָהּ. בַּמֶּה דְבָרִים אֲמוּרִים, כְּשֶׁחָבְלוּ בָּהּ אֲחֵרִים, אֲבָל הַבַּעַל שֶׁחָבַל בְּאִשְׁתּוֹ חַיָּב לְשַׁלֵּם לָהּ מִיָּד כָּל הַנֶּזֶק וְכָל הַבֹּשֶת וְהַצַּעַר, הַכֹּל שֶׁלָּהּ, וְאֵין לַבַּעַל בָּהֶם פֵּרוֹת. וְאִם רָצְתָה לִתֵּן הַדָּמִים לְאַחֵר, נוֹתֶנֶת; וְהַבַּעַל מְרַפֵּא אוֹתָהּ כְּדֶרֶךְ שֶׁמְּרַפֵּא כָּל חֳלָיֶיהָ. הַגָּה: חֵרֵף אוֹתָהּ שׁוּם אָדָם בִּדְבָרִים, אַף עַל פִּי שֶׁהַמְבַיֵּשׁ בִּדְבָרִים פָּטוּר, אִם פִּיְּסוּהָ בְּמָמוֹן (דַּעַת עַצְמוֹ), אִם חֵרְפוּהָ בְּגָלוּי לוֹ שְׁנֵי חֲלָקִים וְלָהּ חֵלֶק אֶחָד; וְאִם בַּסֵּתֶר, לָהּ שְׁנֵי חֲלָקִים וְלוֹ חֵלֶק אֶחָד (טוּר):

One who injures a married woman is obligated for time lost at work and for healing, to be paid to her husband. And [the compensation] for pain is hers. And the [compensation] for embarrassment and damages, if it was in a revealed [part of her body] for instance he injured her face or neck, or hand or arms, a third is hers and two thirds goes to her husband. But if it was in a concealed [part] of her body, a third is her husband's and two thirds is hers. To her husband, he gives immediately. To the wife, land should be purchased and the husbands eats the produce. She is not allowed to forgive payment, neither for his portion, nor hers. And if she does forgive, her forgiving is not valid. And in any case he can't demand her share without her permission. To what does this refer? When others injure her. But if a husband injures his wife, he must pay her immediately all of the damages, all of the embarrassment and pain, and it is all hers, and the husband has no rights to the fruit. And if she wants to give the money to others, she may. And the husband heals her as he heals all her wounds. Hagah: If any man insulted her with words, even though one who insults with words is exempt, if they appeased her with money (on his own accord) if he insulted her in public, the husband receives two portions and she receives one. And if in private, she receives two portions and he receives one. [Tur]

Se’if 2ב׳

הַמַּזִּיק אֶת אִשְׁתּוֹ בְּתַשְׁמִישׁ הַמִּטָּה, חַיָּב בִּנְזָקֶיהָ:

One who damages his wife through intercourse is obligated for her damages.
