Se’if 1א׳
The law of one who moves back his neighbour's boundary; it contains one se'if. One who moves back his neighbour's boundary and brings in from his fellow's territory into his own territory, even a finger's breadth — if he did it by force, he is a robber; and if he moved it back in secret, he is a thief. And if he moved the boundary back in the Land of Israel, he transgresses two negative commandments: the negative commandment of theft or the negative commandment of robbery, and the negative commandment of "You shall not move back" (whether a person may take his fellow's ma'arufya (a gentile client with whom one has a standing connection) — see above, siman 156).
