Offerings for Those with Incomplete Atonement 3
Chapter 3 of 5 in Offerings for Those with Incomplete Atonement — 7 halachot
Halacha 1
All the days on which a man with a flux sees flux he is impure. And when the flux ceases, he counts seven clean days like a woman with a flux, and immerses on the seventh and the sun sets upon him, and on the eighth he brings his offering, if he was one who had three emissions. And if he saw an emission of flux even at the end of the seventh day, after he had immersed, he has undone the whole, and he begins to count seven clean days from after the day of the last emission.
Halacha 2
A man with a flux who had a seminal emission on one of the seven days of the count undoes that day alone, and completes seven days and brings his offering. How so? If he had a seminal emission on the fifth day, he counts three days after it and immerses on the third and brings his offering on the fourth.
Halacha 3
A man with a flux who examined himself on the first day of the days of the count and found himself pure, and did not examine himself all seven, and on the seventh day examined himself and found himself pure — he is presumed pure. Even if he examined himself on the day of the impurity itself and found himself pure and the flux ceased, and did not examine himself the next day at the beginning of the days of the count, but examined himself on the seventh or on the eighth and found himself pure, the days of the count count for him and he is presumed pure.
