Segment 1א׳

מַאן דְּיַנְקָא לְרַבְיָּא, לָא תִּזְדַּוִּוג לְבַר נָשׁ, אֶלָּא בְּשַׁעֲתָא דְּרַבְיָא נָאִים. וּלְבָתַר לָא תָּנִיק לֵיהּ, עַד שַׁעֲתָא חֲדָא, כִּתְרֵין מִילִּין, אוֹ חַד מִיל, אִי לָא יַכְלָא בְּגִין צַעֲרָא דְּרַבְיָא, בְּזִמְנָא דְּאִיהוּ בָּכֵי. וּבְדָא לָא מִסְתָּפֵי מִנָּהּ לְעָלְמִין.

If a woman is suckling a child she should not join her husband while the child is awake, nor give it suck afterwards until time enough has elapsed for walking two miles, or one mile if the child cries for milk. If all this is done, Lilith will never be able to harm them.

Segment 2ב׳

זַכָּאִין אִינּוּן צַדִּיקַיָּיא, דְּקוּדְשָׁא בְּרִיךְ הוּא אוֹלִיף לוֹן רָזִין עֲמִיקִין דִּלְעֵילָּא וְתַתָּא, וְכֹלָּא בְּגִין אוֹרַיְיתָא, דְּהָא אוֹרַיְיתָא, מַאן דְּיִשְׁתָּדַּל בָּהּ, מִתְעַטָּר בְּעִטְרִין דִּשְׁמָא קַדִּישָׁא, דְּהָא אוֹרַיְיתָא שְׁמָא קַדִּישָׁא הוּא. וּמַאן דְּיִשְׁתָּדַּל בָּהּ, אִתְרְשִׁים וְאִתְעַטָּר בִּשְׁמָא קַדִּישָׁא, וּכְדֵין יָדַע אָרְחִין סְתִימִין, וְרָזִין עֲמִיקִין דִּלְעֵילָּא וְתַתָּא, וְלָא מִסְתָּפֵי לְעָלְמִין.

Happy are the righteous whom God has taught the secrets of the Torah, of heaven and earth, and all for the sake of the Torah, for whoever studies the Torah is crowned with the crowns of the holy Name, and knows secret ways and the mysteries of heaven and earth, and never comes to harm.
