Segment 1
It has been taught: R. Simeon began. The Yod, in its engravings: the letters on every side are bound in the Yod. Yod goes to Yod; Yod ascends in Yod; Yod goes to Vau; and they gather in He. And when the mind is set upon it, He is joined with Vau.
Segment 2
The supernal He holds its gates in engravings of due order; it holds in its radiance a thousand five hundred and seventy sealed halls. He ascends and is crowned fifty times, to the fifty gates that stand and endure. When it is engraved in its crowns, the face of the King is lit, and Vau spreads forth into seventy-two engravings.
Segment 3
The He crowns the Vau with seventy thousand five hundred crowns, which are crowned in one crown. This is what is written, “with the crown wherewith his mother crowned him” (S.S. 3, 11). The Vau has two heads: the head of the skull, an engraved head, one point above and one point below; and the Yod comes down to the Vau, engraved with engravings within them, seventy faces of crowns from above below. In it fly cups and flowers: this one ascends and that one descends, engraved one within the other.
