וַיְדַבֵּר יְהוָה אֶל־מֹשֶׁה לֵּאמֹֽר

And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying:

קַח אֶֽת־אַהֲרֹן וְאֶת־בָּנָיו אִתּוֹ וְאֵת הַבְּגָדִים וְאֵת שֶׁמֶן הַמִּשְׁחָה וְאֵת פַּר הַֽחַטָּאת וְאֵת שְׁנֵי הָֽאֵילִים וְאֵת סַל הַמַּצּֽוֹת

’Take Aaron and his sons with him, and the garments, and the anointing oil, and the bullock of the sin-offering, and the two rams, and the basket of unleavened bread;

וְאֵת כָּל־הָעֵדָה הַקְהֵל אֶל־פֶּתַח אֹהֶל מוֹעֵֽד

and assemble thou all the congregation at the door of the tent of meeting.’

וַיַּעַשׂ מֹשֶׁה כַּֽאֲשֶׁר צִוָּה יְהוָה אֹתוֹ וַתִּקָּהֵל הָֽעֵדָה אֶל־פֶּתַח אֹהֶל מוֹעֵֽד

And Moses did as the LORD commanded him; and the congregation was assembled at the door of the tent of meeting.

Verse 5ה׳Leviticus 8:5 · ויקרא ח:הStandard2,374

וַיֹּאמֶר מֹשֶׁה אֶל־הָעֵדָה זֶה הַדָּבָר אֲשֶׁר־צִוָּה יְהוָה לַעֲשֽׂוֹת

And Moses said unto the congregation: ‘This is the thing which the LORD hath commanded to be done.’

Verse 6ו׳Leviticus 8:6 · ויקרא ח:וStandard2,642

וַיַּקְרֵב מֹשֶׁה אֶֽת־אַהֲרֹן וְאֶת־בָּנָיו וַיִּרְחַץ אֹתָם בַּמָּֽיִם

And Moses brought Aaron and his sons, and washed them with water.

Verse 7ז׳Leviticus 8:7 · ויקרא ח:זStandard6,121

וַיִּתֵּן עָלָיו אֶת־הַכֻּתֹּנֶת וַיַּחְגֹּר אֹתוֹ בָּֽאַבְנֵט וַיַּלְבֵּשׁ אֹתוֹ אֶֽת־הַמְּעִיל וַיִּתֵּן עָלָיו אֶת־הָאֵפֹד וַיַּחְגֹּר אֹתוֹ בְּחֵשֶׁב הָֽאֵפֹד וַיֶּאְפֹּד לוֹ בּֽוֹ

And he put upon him the tunic, and girded him with the girdle, and clothed him with the robe, and put the ephod upon him, and he girded him with the skilfully woven band of the ephod, and bound it unto him therewith.

Verse 8ח׳Leviticus 8:8 · ויקרא ח:חStandard3,661

וַיָּשֶׂם עָלָיו אֶת־הַחֹשֶׁן וַיִּתֵּן אֶל־הַחֹשֶׁן אֶת־הָאוּרִים וְאֶת־הַתֻּמִּֽים

And he placed the breastplate upon him; and in the breastplate he put the Urim and the Thummim.

Verse 9ט׳Leviticus 8:9 · ויקרא ח:טStandard6,073

וַיָּשֶׂם אֶת־הַמִּצְנֶפֶת עַל־רֹאשׁוֹ וַיָּשֶׂם עַֽל־הַמִּצְנֶפֶת אֶל־מוּל פָּנָיו אֵת צִיץ הַזָּהָב נֵזֶר הַקֹּדֶשׁ כַּאֲשֶׁר צִוָּה יְהוָה אֶת־מֹשֶֽׁה

And he set the mitre upon his head; and upon the mitre, in front, did he set the golden plate, the holy crown; as the LORD commanded Moses.

Verse 10י׳Leviticus 8:10 · ויקרא ח:יStandard4,625

וַיִּקַּח מֹשֶׁה אֶת־שֶׁמֶן הַמִּשְׁחָה וַיִּמְשַׁח אֶת־הַמִּשְׁכָּן וְאֶת־כָּל־אֲשֶׁר־בּוֹ וַיְקַדֵּשׁ אֹתָֽם

And Moses took the anointing oil, and anointed the tabernacle and all that was therein, and sanctified them.
