Se’if 1א׳

שְׁבוּעָה שֶׁלֹּא אֹכַל, סְתָם, אָסוּר בְּכָל שֶׁהוּא, אֲבָל אֵינוֹ חַיָּב אֶלָּא עַל כַּזַּיִת. וְאִם פֵּרֵשׁ: כָּל שֶׁהוּא, אוֹ שֶׁאוֹמֵר: שֶׁלֹּא אֶטְעֹם, חַיָּב בְּכָל שֶׁהוּא.

An oath that I shall not eat, without qualification — he is forbidden in any amount whatever, but he is liable only for an olive's bulk. And if he set it out expressly: any amount whatever, or where he says: that I shall not taste — he is liable in any amount whatever.

Se’if 2ב׳

נִשְׁבַּע שֶׁלֹּא לֶאֱכֹל, אָסוּר אַף לִשְׁתּוֹת, דִּשְׁתִיָּה בִּכְלַל אֲכִילָה. אֲבָל אִם נִשְׁבַּע שֶׁלֹּא לִשְׁתּוֹת, מֻתָּר לֶאֱכֹל.

He swore not to eat — he is forbidden even to drink, for drinking is included in eating. But if he swore not to drink, he is permitted to eat.

Se’if 3ג׳

שְׁבוּעָה שֶׁלֹּא אֹכַל אוֹ שֶׁלֹּא אֶשְׁתֶּה, וְאָכַל אוֹ שָׁתָה מַאֲכָלִים אוֹ מַשְׁקִים רָעִים שֶׁאֵינָם רְאוּיִים לַאֲכִילָה וְלִשְׁתִיָּה, פָּטוּר אֲבָל אָסוּר.

An oath that I shall not eat, or that I shall not drink, and he ate or drank foods or drinks that are bad and are not fit for eating and for drinking — he is exempt, but it is forbidden.

Se’if 4ד׳

אָמַר: שְׁבוּעָה שֶׁלֹּא אֹכַל נְבֵלוֹת וּטְרֵפוֹת, וְאָכַל, אֵינוֹ חַיָּב מִשּׁוּם שְׁבוּעָה, שֶׁהֲרֵי מֻשְׁבָּע וְעוֹמֵד מֵהַר סִינַי הוּא. וְאִם אָמַר: שְׁבוּעָה שֶׁלֹּא אֹכַל כָּל שֶׁהוּא מִנְּבֵלוֹת וּטְרֵפוֹת, וְאָכַל פָּחוֹת מִכַּזַּיִת, חַיָּב עַל הַשְּׁבוּעָה, שֶׁהֲרֵי אֵינוֹ מֻשְׁבָּע מֵהַר סִינַי עַל חֲצִי שִׁעוּר. וְכֵן אִם אָמַר שְׁבוּעָה שֶׁאֹכַל פָּחוֹת מִכַּזַּיִת נְבֵלָה וּטְרֵפָה, חַיָּב עַל הַשְּׁבוּעָה. He said: an oath that I shall not eat carrion and tereifot (animals with a fatal defect), and he ate — he is not liable on account of the oath, for he already stands sworn from Mount Sinai. And if he said: an oath that I shall not eat any amount whatever of carrion and tereifot, and he ate less than an olive's bulk, he is liable on the oath, for he does not stand sworn from Mount Sinai as to half a measure. And likewise if he said: an oath that I shall eat less than an olive's bulk of carrion and tereifah, he is liable on the oath. (the Rambam, chapter 5 of the Laws of Oaths, law 8).

Se’if 5ה׳

נִשְׁבַּע שֶׁיֹּאכַל נְבֵלָה וּטְרֵפָה וְכַיּוֹצֵא בָּהֶן מֵאִסוּרֵי תּוֹרָה, הֲרֵי זוֹ לוֹקֶה מִשּׁוּם שְׁבוּעַת שָׁוְא, בֵּין אָכַל בֵּין לֹא אָכַל.

He swore that he would eat carrion and tereifah and the like of them, of the prohibitions of the Torah — behold this one receives lashes on account of an oath in vain, whether he ate or did not eat.
